MTCC AGM to be held on the 8th Aug 2010.

Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) Plc has announced that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for this year would be held at "STELCO Maalan" on 8th Aug 2010, 9pm.
The dividends for 2009 will be distributed to only to those shareholders who are registered in MTCC's shareholder registry by 3rd Aug 2010.
Investors would have to trade/transfer shares on or before the 1st Aug 2010, 12pm to be in the 2009 MTCC share register and hence recieve it's dividends.
