BML made amendments to their Memorandum and Articles of Association to increase Authorized Share Capital of the Bank from Rufiyaa Three Hundred million (Rf. 300,000,000/-) to Rufiyaa Eight Hundred million (Rf. 800,000,000/-).

• BML announced Bonus Issue of five (05) Ordinary Share of Rf. 50/- each for every one (1) Ordinary Share of Rf. 50/- each held as at close of trading on 29th May 2007.

• BML has split each of its ordinary shares of nominal value Rf300/- into 6 shares of Rf.50/- each and thereafter a bonus issue of 5 shares for every 1 share of nominal value of Rf50/- each.

• BML’s board resolved to issue One Million (1,000,000) Ordinary Shares of Rufiyaa Fifty (Rf. 50/-) each at a share offer price of Rf. 143/- per share. The issue to commence from 15th July 2007.
